and we've been welcoming guests to Orlando since 2017.

It started with one place we loved too much to keep to ourselves. A friend stayed, then moved out and friends came to stay, told their friends, and hosting slowly became the main thing rather than the side thing. We still handle every booking ourselves, and we still get a quiet thrill when someone messages to say they didn't want to leave.

Today we're exploring other investment properties because we love it so much. But the idea hasn't changed: give people somewhere that feels like theirs for a few days, plus the kind of local tips you only get from someone who actually lives here.

At A Change of Stay, we look after a highly curated apartment in Orlando, FL, and we look after the people who stay there. We are exploring additional locations.
We're big on the small things: a spotless place when you walk in, someone local who answers when you message, and recommendations that take you past the tourist trail.
